New

  • iMessage as a messaging channel (Beta). Connect a Mac running BlueBubbles and start sending and receiving iMessages through your inbox alongside WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, and Messenger. Setup takes ~10 minutes — install the open-source BlueBubbles server on your Mac, paste your server URL and password into the iMessage settings, then plug the returned webhook URL back into BlueBubbles. Currently invite-only while we polish the experience — reach out to enable it on your account.
  • Hide the API Reference or Changelog from your docs site. Two new toggles in white-label settings let you control which sections appear on your tenant docs. When a section is turned off, the page and its top-nav link are hidden for sub-accounts and anyone visiting your docs URL — useful if those surfaces don’t apply to your audience.
  • Respect each contact’s local time when sending follow-ups. Two new toggles in Settings → Security & General let you defer automated follow-ups so they only go out between 8 AM and 8 PM in the contact’s own local time, derived from their phone number’s country code. A second toggle, US strict mode, additionally blocks Sunday sends to US contacts — recommended for staying inside US TCPA / Florida FTSA expectations. New accounts have both toggles on by default; existing accounts can turn them on whenever you’re ready, with no change to current behavior until you do.

Improved

  • Sub-accounts now see your custom docs URL in the in-app help panel. When you’ve set up a vanity docs hostname (e.g. docs.yourdomain.com), the embedded help inside the app now loads from there directly, keeping the URL bar fully on your brand. Without a vanity hostname configured, the help panel works as before.
  • Chat widget embed snippet uses your vanity API domain. If you’ve added a CNAME for api.yourdomain.com, the copyable <script> snippet in chat widget settings now points at that hostname — so the script your customers paste into their site loads the widget from your domain instead of the underlying app subdomain.
  • API Reference shows your vanity API hostname in every example. Server URLs, curl snippets, and “Try it” requests on the docs site’s interactive API reference now use api.yourdomain.com (when configured) so anyone reading them or copying them out gets your domain by default.
  • Tenant docs site is fully branded for shares, AI tools, and search engines. Page titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph link previews, and the raw HTML that AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude read are now rendered with your branding before the page leaves the server. Sharing a docs link in Slack, asking an AI assistant to read it, or finding it via Google now consistently shows your product name and support email instead of the underlying platform’s.
  • The AI shares more accurate links to your website. When a contact asks for the page or listing of a specific product, service, or topic, the AI now scans all your configured website URLs in parallel, ranks the matching links across every page, and returns the most relevant one — instead of stopping at the first hit on whichever page came first. Detail pages built with page builders like Elementor, Webflow, or JetEngine (where listings are wrapped in click-anywhere overlay links) are now included, and non-Latin-script content (Hebrew, Arabic, Cyrillic, CJK, etc.) is preserved end-to-end so the AI can read and quote it back. Search queries are now also phrased in the website’s own language, which improves results when your contacts chat in a different language than your site.
